Overview

RxHelpOne is a healthcare support service that helps Canadians stay on their prescribed branded medications by providing access to financial assistance and coverage support. Their goal is to reduce barriers and make treatment easier to navigate.

Problem

Many patients struggle to understand their options when it comes to coverage and affordability. The information can feel overwhelming or unclear, making it harder for people to stay on the medications they need.

Solution

We created a motion design video that simplifies complex information into clear, easy-to-follow visuals. The storytelling focused on clarity and reassurance, helping viewers quickly understand how RxHelpOne supports them throughout the process.

Result

The final video made RxHelpOne’s role easier to understand and more approachable for patients. By translating complex healthcare information into clear storytelling, the project helped reinforce trust and supported continued use of prescribed medications.
